I'll drop you a line from my personal email account and perhaps we can meet up at one of the FFRGC matches this year or you can talk me into making the trek out to Sanner's Lake. I missed out on registering for the MD state championship, but I'm thinking about Delaware in August.baldragehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00940345150685254486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5349428160142078931.post-60588288509818770782018-04-24T18:39:25.493-04:002018-04-24T18:39:25.493-04:00Wow, small world! I cross the river into occupied territory regularly to shoot at Sanner's Lake, but AAFG is a tad too far for a regular trip.Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11006015336607998634noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5349428160142078931.post-27995970587484603462018-04-24T18:35:08.190-04:002018-04-24T18:35:08.190-04:00Despite it all, I thoroughly enjoyed the match. I tend to do better going prone, and probably should have on Saturday. I actually pasted up your double-tap-to-the-non-threat-head "oops" on the "Peace Quiet" stage.

Was this your first time shooting at AAFG? I made the trip over the Potomac for the first time last summer and the friendly staff and well-run matches have kept me coming back.

At 6'3", I was one of the guys lamenting all of the low over stages, but I was "in the zone" and turned in one my best performances. Fun match and a pretty sweet hat to boot!baldragehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00940345150685254486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5349428160142078931.post-21805344500533452962018-04-24T09:22:15.670-04:002018-04-24T09:22:15.670-04:00MD Skip Miller prides himself on stage designs tha...MD Skip Miller prides himself on stage designs that take the shooter out of his comfort zone. I hadn’t done any low cover shooting in over a year, and it showed in my results! I too have resolved to practice more low cover shooting, and specifically figure out where going prone will be the better option.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06017747635434956720noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5349428160142078931.post-59190334166532818442018-04-24T08:57:17.761-04:002018-04-24T08:57:17.761-04:00It was fun indeed.
