The Biology Behind Shooting

I found this infographic to be very interesting. I've often noted the stress release and renewed vigor found after heading to the range at my lunch break. Endorphins, of course. The same reason I like spicy food.

  1. So, what this says if I can talk DH into going shooting, we will burn calories?! Talk about a cool new weight loss plan!! Bet it would more fun than weight watcher meetings...

    1. It's great. I track 2-3,000 more steps in a day when I shoot an IDPA match.
