The irony runs deep.
The anti-gun "elite" hypocritically require men with guns to defend them, while the children are left to rely on men guns who refuse to help them.

Birds of a Feather
White supremacists, KKK, Nazis, Communists, Socialists, BLM, CAIR, Muslim Brotherhood, Antifa...
Un-American terrorists, the whole lot. They should all be treated as domestic enemies, without quarter or question.
If you wrap yourself in a flag other than this one, you lose the honor of being referred to as an American.

Governor McAuiliffe: Hypocrite-at-large
A tireless elitist, he brought his armed guard to an anti-gun rally in DC. "Guns for me, not thee."
By the way Governor, even with a background check I cannot have a gun for my own protection in DC. I guess telling the truth is not convenient to your agenda.
Notice also the Governor's cowardice in running from the questioning. Typical of the leftists.

Hypocrisy Much?
Two panels pretty much sum it up. The first is the elitist seeking control over those they consider less worthy, the other seeks to kill the less desirable before they are even born. Little difference in the end.

Leftist Hate and Hypocrisy Towards Christianity
As Christians celebrate the holiest of all liturgical times, the Octave of Easter, I'm left pondering the ongoing, and increasing, persecution and prejudice thrown at Christians by the left, the likes of which we have not experienced in years, if not centuries. As I reflect on the Roman "police state" under which our Lord lived and died, I shudder to think how close we are to facing the same situation again. So many in our country today, led by a pompous cheerleader in the White House, wage an ongoing war against faithful Christians.
It's not only islamic persecution that Christians face today. An even more immediate threat in the United States is an ever increasingly emboldened and violent left that is threatening our religious freedoms while promoting their warped version of "tolerance." Tolerance to the left means accepting only those who profess allegiance to the same immorality du jour they currently champion. In recent weeks we saw a Christian-owned pizza shop attacked for nothing more than expressing their privately held beliefs. More correctly, they were attacked because a leftist reporter lied and distorted their stand. The violent nature of the leftists, especially the LGBT mafia, was further illustrated when a public school teacher threatened to burn down the family's business. The vitriol and hatred directed at Christians by the "inclusive" left is hardly distinguishable from what we hear spewing from islamists around the world.
Recently another sodomite group demanded that Christian churches which do not promote homosexuality be shut down. Seemingly ignorant of their own hypocrisy, the group made no statement on mosques where the killing of gay men and women is preached. Even at an Easter breakfast, the idiot-in-chief couldn't resist a jab at Christianity, while remaining silent on the ongoing genocide perpetrated by faithful moslems, most recently in Kenya. We've also heard sniveling from the head of Apple condemning religious freedom laws in the US. All the while his company profits by opening stores in Saudi Arabia, where the killing of gays, along with the oppression of women and Christians, is a hallmark of the legal system.
One does not have to look long on social media to see the increasing frequent and violent threats perpetrated against Christians. I find it ironic that the two biggest threats to Christianity today, adherents of islam and promotors of the homosexual agenda, could not actually "coexist" outside of a tolerant Christian society.
At Easter, we are reminded that good has already triumphed over evil. When our Lord rose from the dead, He conquered Satan. We may not yet fully enjoy the results of His triumph, but we know the real war has already been won. Those who would attack us today, while they may win a skirmish here and there, are actually no more than the last, and desperate, remnants of Satan's defeated army.

Those Sensitive Craft Beer Drinkers
Even if you didn't watch the Super Bowl on Sunday, you've probably heard that the craft beer community has its collective knickers in a twist over a Budweiser ad that poked fun at craft beer fans. In case you missed it, watch now...
Craft beer drinkers regularly poke fun, or worse, at Budweiser, and Bud drinkers. This time the advertising team at Anheuser Busch turned the tables and lobbed a zinger back. And frankly, I thought it was funny. To some extent, they are right. Beer, including craft beer, is for drinking. Shouldn't all brewers want to people to like their beer "for drinking, not dissecting"? Don't check in on Untappd, skip the note taking and photo shoots, and just enjoy it.
Budweiser's mocking example of a "pumpkin peach ale" was somewhat ironic as they recently purchased a craft brewery that actually makes such a beer. Or maybe it wasn't ironic, but another deliberate tweak at craft beer fans. If that's the case, it worked.
Within just seconds of the ad running, social media lit up with outrage from insulted craft beer drinkers. "Outrageous," "insulting," along with other exclamations I can't print here, hit my Facebook and Twitter feeds. The indignation continues still. Seriously people, that's all it takes to offend you? Sure, they mocked (some) craft beer fans for their constant tasting and sipping and pontificating over beer. But don't we do the same to ourselves? Just a few days ago, this article on "The 19 Types Of Beer Snobs" was making the rounds. I can't count the number of my craft beer connections on Facebook who shared the article. I shared it myself. Why did we share it? Because to some extent it's true, and we can laugh at ourselves. Or can we?

The "battle" between craft and factory beers will go on. There will always be people who prefer Bud over Flying Dog, Miller Lite over Stone. We won't change that. But we don't have to be so sensitive, and hypocritical, in the quest for converts.

Sam Adams Goes PC
"Political Correctness," an insipid ideology that leads to a weakening of conviction. It also requires no small amount of hypocrisy on the part of those who pursue such a doctrine. The beer company that lays claim to the name of the Founding Father Samuel Adams, has shown they are not immune to the trap of political correctness.
Boston Brewing Company used the Declaration of Independence to promote their beer in an ad that ran on July 4. Even though it wasn't a direct quote, they conspicuously opted to leave out the words "endowed by their Creator."

Quoting the "guidelines" of the Beer Institute Advertising Code, Boston Brewing states "Beer advertising and marketing materials should not include religion or religious themes." The feigned moral superiority notwithstanding, the Declaration of Independence does include the text the brewer opted to omit. The hypocrisy of their claimed attachment to history and freedom is blatantly obvious.
I wonder if Sam Adams will still accept payment in US currency bearing the words "In God We Trust."

Gun Grabber Hypocrisy
Here's more confirmation of what we already knew; the real intent of the gun control elite is not gun control. Their intention is to control you, the lowly citizen. Mark Kelly, who already got caught trying to buy a gun he wants to ban, is again exposing his true colors. Kelly testified in Colorado in support of the bill to limit magazine capacity there to 15 rounds. Yet, here he is, in Arizona, showing off his Glock handgun with a 17 round magazine.
His wife, another tool of the gun grabber crowd who also wants to take your guns, is cheering him on as he target practices.

Hypocrisy Defined
"Gun control" isn't about saving lives, it's about "people control" and creating a caste system where the so-called "elite left" has a set of rules for themselves, while promoting another set of restrictive, rights-limiting rules for the rest of us.
Need more proof? Try these:
Senator Feinstein Supports Conceal Carry - For herself, not you
Update, January 1:
Liberal media "elites" want armed guards for themselves, but not school children
Update, January 4:

The Hypocrisy Is Killing Us
ProudHillbilly, over at From the Caer, has an thought-provoking post on the hypocrisy of the hand-wringing over the tragic violence our nation has experienced recently.
This culture runs around demanding freedom, demanding choice, declaring that absolutes of truth and right and wrong do not exist, that the worth of a human life is based on its usefulness, or on its generating a warm fuzzy. Well, that attitude walked up and gave its supporters a big, wet kiss on the lips on Friday. There's not much I can add to her powerful words, so go read the whole thing.
